It’s hard to believe that Bambu officially launched one year ago.

What began as an idea, a recruitment company built on trust, genuine connection, and a clear focus on the seed breeding industry, has grown into something I’m truly proud of.

Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the privilege of working with both new and long-standing clients who’ve put their trust in Bambu. Thank you for the partnerships, the opportunities, and for believing in what I’m building here.

This year has brought conversations with some of the most talented individuals in seed breeding, trait development, and plant science. People who aren’t just advancing crop genetics, they’re playing a vital role in shaping global food security. Being even a small part of their career journey is something I don’t take lightly.

This work isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Recruitment in a specialised industry like this takes care, patience, and deep understanding. But it also brings the kind of fulfilment that only comes from connecting people with roles where they can make real impact.
