A CLEAR AND RELIABLE SEARCH PROCESS
POSITION BRIEFING
We work in close partnership with you to develop a detailed position brief, covering both the technical requirements of the role and the personal attributes needed to succeed within your team and organisation.
At this stage, we agree the search scope, define success criteria, and set a clear timeline, including all update meetings and key milestones.
RESEARCH PHASE | WEEK 1
We conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify all potential candidates, including those who are not actively seeking new roles or immediately visible in the market.
This phase begins with the identification and agreement of target organisations, including direct competitors, adjacent sectors, and other relevant businesses that may employ suitable individuals.
Using a combination of in-depth research, industry networking, and targeted use of professional platforms, we build an extensive initial longlist of candidates.
RECRUITMENT PHASE | WEEKS 2–4
We proactively approach and represent your opportunity to the identified candidate pool, typically engaging with between 100–150 individuals during the search.
Each candidate is taken through a thorough and structured interview process to assess technical capability, commercial understanding, and cultural alignment.
The strongest candidates progress to a final interview stage before being included in the shortlist.
SHORTLIST PRESENTATION | BY DAY 20
By day 20, you will receive a shortlist of typically three to five candidates.
Each shortlisted candidate is presented with:
• A detailed CV
• A comprehensive profile summary
• Compensation expectations and availability
We then arrange a debrief meeting to review shortlisted profiles, discuss market insights, and align on next steps.
INTERVIEW & OFFER MANAGEMENT
We provide full support throughout the interview process, including interview preparation, candidate and client debriefs, offer structuring, and guidance around counteroffers.
Our role is to ensure clarity, momentum, and alignment on both sides throughout this stage.
COMPLETION & ONBOARDING
From offer acceptance through to the candidate’s start date, we remain closely involved to support a smooth transition and successful onboarding.
